I didn’t think casinos could still surprise me. Then Duel showed up. It’s brand-new (literally a couple of months old) and its headline feature is simple and kind of brilliant: Rakeback that returns half of the casino’s edge on every slot, on every spin.
Yes, half. Every spin. Instantly.

How the numbers work
Take Le Bandit. Its RTP is ~96%. That means the casino’s base edge is 100 − 96 = 4%. Duel gives you half of that back as Rakeback, so 2% per spin. Bet $10, you get $0.20 back immediately. It’s as if you’re playing a slot with effective RTP ~98% (96% + 2%).
Now Book of 99. RTP is 99%, base edge is 1%. Half back is 0.5%. Bet $10, you receive $0.05 every spin. That’s an effective 99.5% RTP. Wild.
And it’s like that across all slots. This isn’t some mythical “eRTP”. It’s cash back in your balance, right after the spin.
Why this matters even if RTP makes your eyes glaze over
Think of it as a permanent 50% cashback on the house edge that:
- doesn’t require statuses or grinding achievements,
- is available from the moment you register,
- has no wagering, et
- still pays when you’re up.
No “wait until Sunday”, no “where’s my cashback?” support tickets. It just lands after each spin.
Bankroll longevity: how long your $1,000 lasts on $1 spins
- In a “not great” casino at 94% RTP: about 16,666 spins
- In a typical casino at 96% RTP: about 25,000 spins
- In Duel (96% + 2% Rakeback effective): about 50,000 spins
Twice the spin count. You’ll get bored before you bust.
House games at near-zero edge
Duel also has a few in-house titles with ~99.9% RTP (so, basically no edge): Dice, Crash, Blackjack. (Mines et Plinko exist too; not my thing.) Note: Rakeback does not apply to these near-zero-edge games.

A quick read on their attitude
From their Discord: the owners are currently very against fake-money spinners, demo balances, and paid streams. That could change, but for now the streamers you see there are playing with their own cash.
Practical bits
- No verification (KYC) — there isn’t even a button for it. No phone number field, no name/surname fields.
Caveat: Sports bettors may get questions. The “too clever” ones do get blocked, and some are asked to verify. - Crypto-only deposits; withdrawals are near-instant in my experience.
- No obvious withdrawal limits, but top bets are around $100–$500 per spin, so ultra high-rollers won’t love it (yet).
- No progressive jackpot slots.
- No status tiers — everyone gets the same deal from the start.
Verdict
I’ll add Duel to my rankings. I like the idea and the execution. If you want to spin for a long time and effectively lose money about twice as slowly on slots, this is an easy recommendation.
